Dammit: I was tinkering with a little POC looking at much the same thing: a service that queries your twitter peers for answers to questions (although I think the ‘find a useful friend’ feature is interesting but wrong - they’re the people you’d ask anyway - wouldn’t it be more useful to get the unexpected answers from the people you wouldn’t ask?)
